Before looking at his workout routine lets first see his body measurements so that you can know his body frame.
Height – 6’2″
Weight – 235 lbs
Arms – 22 inches
Chest – 57 inches
Waist – 34 inches
Don’t be under the hype that if you will do arnold workout routine then you will become as big as arnold it totally depends on body genetics.
Arnold was born with great genetics which helped him to be such huge and muscular, no my point here is not to discourage you guys.

- Close-Grip Press
- Standing Triceps Extensions with Barbell
- Wrist curls
- Reverse Wrist Curls
Day 3. Legs and Lower Back
- Leg Curls
- Standing Calve Raises
Now repeat the day 1,day 2 and day 3 for rest of days.Sunday was off well he used to include some variations in his exercises regularly because if you will do same exercise day after day then your body will get used to that workout routine and you will not feel satisfied with your workout.
Try to include some variations in your daily workout routine and you will feel the difference both in term of workout and muscle development.
